WEEKLY CLASSES (East Melbourne Library) Weekly classes run in seasonal 8-12 week blocks throughout the year.
Rise & Shine TUES mornings 7 - 8am This early-morning class will help you to boost flexibility, build strength and start your day feeling awesome. Relax & Unwind THUR evenings 6 - 7pm Unwind from your hectic-ness with some nice languid, restorative sequences, deep relaxation and lots of mindful breath awareness. BYO Mat

WORKPLACE YOGA Regular yoga at work is an excellent way to tackle the side effects of a desk-bound job. Many workplaces are now enjoying the benefits of including wellbeing programs in their weekly schedules. Yoga helps by showing how to manage stress and improve focus. This helps to boost energy levels and productivity, oh and it's all good fun and great team-building too. Classes can be scheduled for 45 -60 mins, either in pre-work, lunchtime or post-work time slots and generally run in 6-10 week blocks. We'll provide the mats - all you need are the numbers and a good-sized space to hold the classes in (meeting rooms with move-able furniture are perfect). PRIVATE SESSIONS If you're all about making it convenient and *all about you* then private sessions are the best way to get the most out of your yoga. Sessions can be held in your home or office and Leanne will provide any required equipment. Ideal if:
Private sessions are initially delivered in a 5-week package. Duration is 45 - 90 minutes per session. Prices - POA, depending on your location and preferred time.
